Weird service during phone repair
I’d like to share an experience with Batteries Plus that wasn’t entirely pleasant. So... I bought my mobile phone to replace the camera at this store. My first mistake was not booking online and going straight to the store. Because of that, I had to wait in line for quite a long.
When I was finally called, the staff who served me was quiet and not very informative, even though I noticed the other staff were much friendlier and more helpful. On the positive side, the camera replacement process was quick, and once it was done, the camera was clear again. I could take pictures without issues and was satisfied with the result.
I would advise booking online first so you don’t end up waiting like me. Hopefully, Batteries Plus can work on being more consistent with the quality of service across all staff. Thanks!
